Abstract :
The main aim of this research is, surveying the measure of the effect of Customer Satisfaction products in the Kerman. Pegah. Following this aim of the study was to evaluate the effects of the consumer satisfaction indicators increasing sales. This indicators are: 1- Product performance 2- The positive impact of the manufacturer 3- Product variety 4- Product quality 5- Product prices. The population of this study, all of the top 18 consumer products company Pegah (Age of onset of independent decision to purchase) To 60 years were examined and finally using Pearsonʹs correlation coefficients and regression models were selected from the total of 200 consumers. The information collected from questionnaires completed the survey of managers and shareholders were used. Questionnaires and data collection using spss software in the form of descriptive and inferential statistical methods were analyzed. The results showed a significant correlation between increased sales and improved customer satisfaction indicators. The index above the price inverse correlation with the increase in sales and other indices are positively correlated.
