Abstract :
The aim if this is investigate Psychological Capital effects on organizational citizenship behavior through a case study conducted in Qom University. Methodology in present study is an applied and convergent one. The statistical sample is consisted of educational staff of Qom University. The measurement instruments are standard questionnaires. Reliability and validity of the questionnaires show that measurement instruments have a proper reliability and validity. The gathered data was analyzed through SMART-PLS2 and descriptive statistics were done through SPSS21.
First output of the study shows that the value of the Psychological Capital effect on organizational citizenship behavior is 0.84, the value of optimism effect on organizational citizenship behavior is 0.672, the value of resiliency on organizational citizenship behavior is 0.381, the value of hope effect on organizational citizenship behavior is 0.659, and the value of self- efficiency effect on organizational citizenship behavior is 0.458.The present study, generally, investigated the effectiveness of Psychological Capital organizational citizenship behavior. Ultimately, its effectiveness was confirmed.
