Abstract :
Conducting polymer blend (alloy) films of poly(pyrrole) or derivatives with the insulating matrix PVDF-C2F3H, were synthesized (produced) by electrochemical polymerization of pyrrole or derivates on an electrode covered with the insulating film. The optimizations of the electrochemical polymerization and of the conductivities of the materials were studied. There electrical behaviors were observed at low temperature. The thermal stability of polypyrrole is improved in the high temperature region when it is incorporated in the fluorinated copolymer.
