Influence of doping on electronic instabilities in poly(phthalidylidenearylene)s

The paper presents results of the investigations of electronic instabilities in doped films of Poly(3,3′-phthalidyliden-4,4′-biphenylylene). The insulator-metal transitions induced by electric field and thermostimulated currents are considered. The results are compared with those obtained on the pristine thin films of this polymer.
