Abstract
The title compound was obtained during the crystal growth of two κ-type superconductors, κ-(BEDT-TTF)2Cu(CN)[N(CN)2] and κ ′-(BEDT-TTF)2 Cu2(CN)3. This compound is a magnetic semiconductor, whose spin susceptibility is expressed by quadratic-layer Heisenberg antiferromagnet model (QLAF) between 32.6K and 220K. At 220K, a semiconductor-semiconductor transition into a high conductivity phase was observed by transport measurements.
