Abstract :
Solid state high resolution 13C NMR investigations of 3 isostructural organic conductors, Per2X(mnt)2 (Per-perylene, XPd, Pt and Au) are reported. The observed metallic shifts of resonances are interpreted as due to the Pauli paramagnetism of conducting electrons of perylene chains only and are in agreement with inhomogeneous spin density distribution over perylene cation resulting from Hückel calculations.
