Abstract :
2,3- bis (1,4- dithiafulven-6-yl) TTF or TSF I and III, or their vinylogues II are synthesized. As expected, thanks to their space extension and S- rich character, they behave as good π-donors to reach cation radical salts of inhanced dimensionality.
