Abstract :
The C60/poly(isothianaphthene) (PITN) heterojunction device was fabricated and its electrical characteristics and photoirradiation effects were investigated. This device has current-rectifying function. Upon photoirradiation, both forward and backward currents were enhanced, and photovoltaic effects was also appeared. These results were discussed in terms of charge transfer between C60 and PITN in the ground state and photoexcited state.
