Abstract :
Temperature dependence (10–340 K) of a resistivity and a magnetic resistance (0–0.8 T) has been studied for PAN-based and pitch-based carbon fibers subjected to heat-treatment. An abnormal behavior of resistivity has been found in the temperature range 210–310 K for PAN-based fibers. Anomalies are come from a specific structure changes during the heat-treatment.
