Thermodynamics of the one-dimensional ferroelectric model with proton tunneling

We have studied the one-dimensional model of the ferroelectric with proton tunneling on the hydrogen bonds. The influence of the tunneling on the thermodynamics of the model is considered at the condition w > T and for the energies of the forbidden by the “ice rule” configurations w much lager than the tunneling constant Γ.
