Abstract :
The characteristics of matrix manufactured by K2O · 6TiO2 for alkaline fuel cell were studied. The powder and whisker of K2O · 6TiO2 were synthesized by slow cooling calcination method, then PTFE-bonded matrix and its mechanical properties were investigated. The matrix made by the 1:2 of K2O · 6TiO2 powder:whisker mixture showed 140% of wettability and high bubble pressure.
