Abstract :
Magnetism and transport properties of bromine doped fluoro-aluminum phthalocyanine polymer (AlPcF) is studied by 24GHz electron spin resonance (ESR) and DC-conductivity measurements. By annealing the AlPcF-Br0.3 thin film at 50° C, the g value is changed from gββ=2.0030 and gτ=2.0020 to gββ=2.0038 and gτ=2.0021 while the conductivity does not change. By annealing the thin film at 100° C, the conductivity at 300 K increases from 10−2S/cm to 10−1S/cm and the activation energy decreases from 0.12 eV to 0.036 eV. In all the annealed and non-annealed thin films, antiferromagnetic transition occurs at 150–200 K under ambient pressure. A doping procedure to prepare antiferromagnetic powder is also found.
