Abstract :
We have investigated the thermal properties of electronic states in insulator phase of selectively deuterated (DMe-DCNQI)2Cu system. Vanishment of the electronic specific heat γT terms and sharp peak associated with the antiferro-magnetic transition are detected in the insulator phase. The excess entropy released at the magnetic ordering coincides with that of Cu2+ spin. We clarified that the establishment of antiferromagnetic (AF) ordering suppresses the lower temperature metallic states and that the Cu2+ spin system plays the crucial role of the peculiar reentrant M-I transition.
