Abstract :
The mixed fullerene/phthalocyaninatometal monolayers were successfully deposited as Y-type films by the vertical lifting method with a transfer ratio of about unity, although the fullerene monolayers were too stiff to transfer homogeneous multilayer films onto solid substrates. The molecular organizations of fullerene and phthalocyaninatometals in the LB films were influenced by center-metal ion species of phthalocyaninatometals. High photocurrent with a short photo response time was observed by the irradiation of UV-Vis light to these LB films.
