Abstract :
Ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy, photoabsorption, and photoluminescence excitation measurements of aluminumquinoline/oxadiazole multilayers have proven that they could possess carrier confinement type-I energy lineup. Electroluminescence from the multilayers suggests their potential applications for luminescent layers in novel optical devices.
