Abstract
Cyclic voltammetry and EPR studies have shown that oxidative doping of regioregular poly(3-hexylthiophene) is a two-step process in which polarons are first created and then they recombine to bipolarons. Both spin density and spin/charge ratio reach the maximum near the first peak observed in cyclic voltammetry.
