Abstract
Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) films were obtained by anodic oxidation of 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene. Thermal studies show that films are stable upto 150 °C; complete decomposition occurs above 390 °C. DC conductivity measurmetns show that the best samples have a resistivity ratio < 2. The temperature coefficient of resistivity changes sign below 10 K from negative to positive. SQUID data are in good agreement with the conductivity studies. The morphology was examined by means of SEM and XRD.
