R-G-B Emitting organic EL device and its pulse response characteristics

A R-G-B emitting organic EL device, which consists of a single-color emitting part stacked on a two-color emitting part, has been fabricated. The emission characteristics have been investigated by pulsed current. The two-color and single-color emitting parts consist of blue and red light emitting layers and of green light emitting layer, respectively. The emission and their transient characteristics have been investigated by applying pulsed current to each emissive layers.
