Abstract :
Pd2+ were incorporated into polypyrrole from PdCl2 solutions of different Cl : Pd molar ratios (changed by addition of HCl or KCl). Polypyrrole - Pd2+ systems obtained were characterized by ESCA, XRD and SEM. Their catalytic activity in the liquid phase hydrogenation of 2-ethylanthraquinone was tested.
