Abstract :
TTP (tctralhiapcntalcnc) scries donors have been prepared by two steps of phosphite-mediated cross-couplings. By using cyanoethyl groups instead of acctoxybenzyl as a protecting group, we have succeeded in improving the yields. The applicability of this method will be discussed.
