Abstract :
In expectation of a first single-component organic metal, several spiro compounds bearing each of tetrathiafulvalenyl and benzo groups were now synthesized, one of which exhibited high room-temperature electrical conductivity (σn, ca. 10−3 S·cm−1) on the compressed pellet.
