Abstract :
A phase Hamiltonian of conducting carbon nanotubes with an arbitrary chirality is given which takes account of the long range Coulomb interaction and the microscopic lattice structure. By using this Hamiltonian, the transport properties at half-filling are investigated for the case that the system is adiabatically connected to reservoirs.
