Abstract :
Organic electroluminescent diodes containing tetra-tert-butylphthalocyanine, tetrakis(3-phenylneopentyloxy)-phthalocyanine and tetrakis(3-phenylneopentyloxy)-phthalocyaninatocopper(II) were prepared by the vacuum deposition method. The current–voltage (I–U) characteristics and the electroluminescence (EL) spectra were measured.
