Absorption and fluorescence in distyrylbenzene nanoaggregates

A theoretical analysis of absorption and fluorescence in p-distyrylbenzene (DSB) nanoaggregates is performed. The model Hamiltonian includes intramolecular electron-vibrational coupling as well as excitonic coupling between molecules in a herringbone lattice. Excellent agreement with experiment is obtained.
