Abstract :
A novel synthesis method of polyaniline, solid-state synthesis method, was described. The condition of synthesis was investigated, and polyaniline was examined by the elemental analysis, IR, UV–VIS, XRD spectra. Thermal stability and conducting behavior was studied. Results showed that the best conductivity of the polyaniline doped with H4SiW12O40 was 0.3 S cm−1. The conductivity of polyaniline will descend after the polyaniline was heated. XRD spectra indicated that the polyaniline doped with H4SiW12O40 was in order. Fluorescence property of the polyaniline was found, i.e. polyaniline material with fluorescence and conducting property was gotten by using solid-state synthesis method.
