Abstract :

Semiconducting nanocomposite was prepared from tetraphenylbenzidine (TPD) and titanium oxide using polycarbonate as a binder. Titanium oxide was prepared by sol–gel process in the presence of binder and TPD. The conductance of the composite reached ca. 3×
