Abstract :
The aqueous solution of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) doped with poly(4-styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT/PSS) containing various organic solvents was coated on a poly(ethyleneterephthalate) film as a substrate and carrier transport properties were investigated
