Abstract :
A new series of pyrazoloquinoline copolymers with N-vinylcarbazole were synthesized. The materials possess high quantum efficiency (up to 1.16%) in blue spectral range (440–480 nm). The copolymers possess principal advantageous compared to the traditional polymers mixtures due to substantially higher stability and larger quantum efficiency. The materials seem to be promising for using like material for light emitting diodes emitting in the blue spectral range. It is crucial that appropriately varying the pyrazoloquinoline derivative substitution we received a red spectral shift of the electroluminescent maxima possessing the enhanced quantum efficiency.
