Abstract :
Deposits of the organic superconductor (TMTSF)2ClO4 have been grown on silicon wafers by electrodeposition and characterized by various techniques, namely, scanning electron microscopy, infrared, Raman, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The deposits exhibit the well-known anion-ordering transition as evidenced by resistivity measurements.
