Transport across and along interfaces in ceramics

Recent significant papers in the field of boundary effects include interfaces such as grain boundaries, surfaces, heterojunctions in composites or thin film structures and electrode/solid electrolyte interfaces. Only a few studies are fundamental and amongst the applied studies the majority refer to solid oxide fuel cells.
