Molecular motion in polymer systems

The last 2 years have seen increased interest in the study of dynamic processes occurring in polymeric materials. Through correlation of data from different types of experiments new insight has been obtained into the nature of the processes which take place. High speed computing has allowed the region where molecular and continuum models overlap to be explored. These studies have confirmed the validity of some models and raised questions about others.
