Carrier concentration dependent bimolecular recombination coefficient model in two dimensional hopping system

We propose a model of charge transport and recombination in two dimensional hopping systems. It is developed rigorously using variable range hopping transport, drift diffusion and percolation theories. Based on the proposed model, a variety of temperature and carrier concentration dependencies of the bimolecular recombination coefficient can be well described.
