Abstract :
Solution-processed V2O5 is synthesized by hydrothermal method, and introduced into P3HT:PCBM based inverted polymer solar cells as the anode buffer layer, instead of the metal oxide film prepared by thermal vacuum evaporation. The dependence of device performance on the concentrations of V2O5 solution was investigated, and the annealing temperature of the V2O5 solution was optimized. It was found that the power conversion efficiency of the devices with solution-processed V2O5 was similar to that of the devices with evaporated metal oxide film. Moreover, it will greatly reduce the energy consumption and make it more cost-effective.
