High-pressure synthesis of some perovskite — Like compounds with a mixed anion type

The PbFeO2F, BaFeO2F, BaxNb(O,N)3 compounds with the cubic perovskite structure have been obtained. The unit cell parameters are 3.996 إ, 4.104 إ, 3.990 إ respectively. Ferrites decompose on heating up to 300 °C. The PbFeO2F compound is antiferromagnetic with a high value of Neel temperature. The La2AO3N compounds (A-Al, Nb, Ti, V) with hexagonal symmetry have been synthesized. The unit cell parameters of La2VO3N are a = 6.553 إ, c = 11.604 إ.
