Abstract :
Crystals of the Tl2xIn2(1 − x)Se2 family (for x = 0.1, 0.2, …, 0.9, 1.0) were grown and their energy gap was studied in the intrinsic region of the corresponding lnσ-1000/T characteristics. The energy gap, the intrinsic conductivity and the band discontinuity were found to depend on the Tl-content x, obeying Kurnakovʹs rule.
