Abstract :
A new compound, ScCrO3 has been synthesized at 45 kbar and 1200 °C using the cylindrical type press (USCA-1000). It hasPbnm symmetry witha = 5.0329(2)إ, b = 5.3602(3)إ, and c = 7.3790(4)إ, and its structure has been refined using the Rietveld technique and the synchrotron powder X-ray diffraction data.
