Abstract :
Several vanadyl phosphate hydrates have been synthesized by hydrothermal preparation, depending on concentration and temperature. VOHPO4·4H2O, α-VOHPO4·2H2O, VOHPO4·0.5H2O, (VO)3(PO4)2·9H2O, and three new phases, γ-VOHPO4·2H2O, (VO)3(PO4)2·7H2O, and (VO)3(PO4)2·6H2O, have been found. Single crystals for the structure analysis of VOHPO4·4H2O, α-VOHPO4·2H2O, γ-VOHPO4·2H2O, VOHPO4·0.5H2O, and (VO)3(PO4)2·9H2O have been prepared.
