Abstract :
A-site deficient pervoskite-type solid solution system (1–x)BaTiO3·xLa2/3TiO3 (x = 0.1–1.0) has been synthesized under mild hydrothermal condition of 240−260°C and characterized by means of powder X-ray diffraction, ICP elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy.
