Harmonic integration of functional metal oxide artificial lattices

Harmonic integration of functional metal oxide layers to form artificial lattices is proposed toward the achievement of “oxide electronics”. Layer-by-layer growth method controlled by Laser MBE. RHEED and STM is a promising method for the construction of these artificial lattices. Formation and properties of superconducting and dielectric artificial lattices are presented as typical examples.
