Abstract :
The measurements of a.c. conductivity have been presented for polycrystalline samples of BaTi1−xSnxO3 solid solution. It has been found, that when Sn concentration increases the temperature of maximum of PTC-peak decreases and the activation energy in paraelectric phase (x<0.20) increases simultaneously.
