Abstract :
In the present work, the experimental results indicate that both resistive and inductive components of the impedance for the ribbon Fe8.0Co62.4Mn0.5Mo0.6Ni0.5Si14.7B13.3 are influenced strongly by the frequency of the ac drive current and dc magnetic fields in the longitudinal and transversal direction, respectively. Meanwhile the magnetic field dependence of the effective permeability of the ribbon Fe8.0Co62.4Mn0.5Mo0.6Ni0.5Si14.7B13.3 has been investigated also in detail.
