Abstract
Several types of samples have been formed in the crystal growth of CuGaS2. They exhibit different colors as yellow, green and orange. Optical and electrical properties of these varieties of CuGaS2 microcrystals have been investigated. The phonon spectra are discussed according the stoichiometric deviation in the microcrystalline structure. Electrical measurements show that the green-colored crystal has the highest electrical conductivity and is close to stoichiometric CuGaS2.
