Abstract :
An optoelectronic system, realizing the logical function EXCLUSIVE-OR (EX-OR), which can be used in transmission and processing of signals in optical form, is described. The function EX-OR is realized for input light signals illuminating the photoconducting elements and the output signal is a light pulse emitted by one of the electroluminescent elements.
