Abstract :
The temperature dependence of the polarization and susceptibility of a temperature-graded ferroelectric structure at different temperature gradients is calculated by the transverse Ising model. The different layerʹs polarization and susceptibility have also been given under the stationary temperature gradients. A series of layer-by-layer phase transitions is found in the temperature-graded ferroelectric structure. Our prediction is in accord with the available experimental results.
