Abstract
The (1 − x)CaZrO3–0.1CaTiO3–xTiO2 with glass frit system was synthesized and investigated to determine its dielectric properties, such as temperature coefficients, dielectric constant and dissipation factor, for applying multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) of temperature coefficients of capacitance. The addition of 1 wt.% glass frit, which consists of CaO, MgO, Al2O3 and SiO2, allows this ternary system to sinter less than 1300 °C. The dielectric constant of the system increases from 38.3 to 57.4 with increasing x. The temperature coefficients of capacitance decreases from −170 to −799 ppm/°C linearly with x. The dissipation factor and electrical resistance was less than 0.1% and 1013 Ω cm respectively.
