Abstract :
The phenomena of interrelation of carbon materials structure with their emission properties are investigated. Life time, atom probe, X-ray diffraction experiments are conducted for some types of polyakrilonitril (PAN) carbon fibres. Long time stability of cathode made of these fibres were investigated. Field evaporation spectra and X-ray reflection diagrams for this material have been obtained.
