Method for comparing the crack tip kinetics during creep-fatigue loading of nickel-base superalloys

A graphical method is proposed that can be used for comparing the kinetics of various time-dependent crack tip processes operating during the dwell period of a trapezoidal creep-fatigue loading cycle for Ni-base superalloys. A comparison is shown that evaluates the kinetics of the time-dependent processes for the superalloy 718.
