A fast procedure for geometric parameter determination of a silicon vertex tracker

An analytical dependence of the σxy(vertex) parameter, measuring the spread of the particle track reconstructed vertex position, as a result of the multiple Coulomb scattering (MCS) and uncertainty in the track coordinate measurement, is presented, in relation to some geometric parameters of a silicon vertex tracker (SVT).
