Abstract
COLEGRAM, the new LPRI fitting program processes experimental photon spectra obtained with semi-conductor detectors. It is mainly characterised by its ability to model different peak shapes in the same region of interest, and to use individual parameters for each peak, including the natural photon linewidths. Its fast fitting algorithm allows the processing of complex spectra with an appreciable gain in time. As an illustration, it is applied to processing uranium spectra to give emission probabilities in the complex low-energy region where there are both gamma- and K X-rays.
