Wage dispersion within firms and collective bargaining in Spain

This paper analyses the determinants of bargained wage dispersion by professional groups within firms in Spain. Estimations show that insider factors (union density, sales per employee, and the average bargained wage level), are the main determinants of wage dispersion.
